ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.


General Information about CDM Continuing Education courses, including restrictions and cancellation policies can be found on our website:

Cancellations for continuum and mini-residency courses must be received at least two weeks prior to start of course to be eligible for a refund. For the above CE course scheduled for Nov. 29-Dec. 1, a non-refundable deposit of $700 is required.

Columbia University cannot assume responsibility for losses due to emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or participants' travel arrangements. Course fees for no-shows will be forfeited.

Occasionally, courses are cancelled due to lack of enrollment or inclement weather, in which case a full registration fee refund is granted, not including any travel-related costs.

Register early to avoid disappointment. Courses may fill up and be unavailable, or be cancelled if registration is lower than required.

Columbia University reserves the right to adjust presenters when necessary.
