2019 Board of Directors' Retreat

The program will start at 8:30 a.m.  Breakfast will be available starting at 8:00 a.m.  

HOTEL RESERVATIONS 

Hotel room rates are $159.00 plus applicable taxes per room per night, single or double occupancy.  The conference starts with breakfast on July 25, 2019 so lodging on both July 24 and July 25 is suggested. 

The cut-off for the conference room rate is June 25, 2019.  All are encouraged to make room reservations as soon as possible.   

Individuals can make housing arrangements and reservations by calling the French Lick Springs Hotel directly at 1-888-936-9360 and using the group code 0719ICA. Individuals must identify themselves as being with Indiana Community Action Association at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate.

*If you plan on bringing a plus 1 for meals, please contact Ed Gerardot at 317-638-4232 or egerardo@incap.org to get cost of additional meals.  

The program will focus on the IN-CAA strategic plan for 2020, 2021 and 2023.  Daryl Mason will facilitate this process and Dr. Bertha Proctor will break the ice.  We hope that local state legislators will be able to join us for lunch. 

The registration fee is $195 (same as last year) and will include three meals on the 24th and dinner in the bar on the 23rd.
