Details

This class is for anyone who will have the responsibility to make purchases for their department on behalf of the university. They will get the opportunity to create and manage the various types of Requisitions as well as enter Receipts once the merchandise has been received.

Prerequisite
You must view the PeopleSoft Purchasing Prerequisite video, complete the form that follows the video and have PeopleSoft access prior to attending the Requisition and Receiving class. This webinar can be attended at your desk using your computer. Click here to register.

Location Information and Parking Information
1600 Hampton Street, Suite 605

USC employees can park in the FS6 parking lots behind 1600 Hampton and in the AD7 parking lot at the bottom of the hill, bordered by Barnwell and Washington Streets. If you need a parking pass, please contact Organizational and Professional Development at 777-6578 to receive a visitor's pass.

Parking is very limited at this location and we cannot guarantee availability; therefore we highly encourage your use of the USC Shuttle System.
