Originally from Washington, D.C. but now a tried and true Columbia native, Mitchell West is the director of eLearning Services in the Division of Information Technology. When he isn't managing his amazing team and providing Blackboard support to the awesome faculty here at UofSC, you might find him watching a Washington Nationals game or hanging out with his pets. One of West's favorite quotes is, "Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend; inside of a dog, it's too dark to read." - Groucho Marx.
