This presentation focuses on basic nutrition principles as well as meal prepping instructions and strategies to maximize your time in the kitchen while providing yourself or your loved ones with well balanced meals. This presentation goes into detail on different meal prepping styles so that you can determine what method best fits your lifestyle. You will also be provided with handouts and resources to make the planning process simpler so that you can minimize your time in the grocery store and kitchen and put more of your time back into the tings that matter to you most.

There is no charge to participate in this course. Employees should cancel their registration if they are unable to participate. Participants leaving early will not receive credit for participating. If there is an emergency, please notify the instructors.
