You'll feel more comfortable using copyrighted material when you know what you can and can't do. Come explore how to use copyrighted materials in instruction, including posting copyrighted materials to Blackboard. We will also discuss the practical application of Fair Use and examine how the library can assist you with posting materials for your class.

Tucker "Tucky" Taylor

Tucker Taylor is Head of Circulation at Thomas Cooper Library at the University of South Carolina. She has over 25 years of experience in library access services. She is a founder and co-editor in chief of Journal of Copyright in Education and Librarianship. She is also a member of the University of South Carolina Libraries' Scholarly Communications team. Tucker regularly presents on copyright, predatory publishing and open access issues.
