Banner provides a wealth of information about students and their financial information, but reporting through Banner itself is limited. Data Warehouse reports summarized Banner information in a way that is meaningful and user friendly.

This class covers navigating within Data Warehouse and running commonly used reports that use AR data (tuition and fees, balances, etc).

Prerequisite:

• Users should request access to the AR Reports in Data Warehouse if required at www.sc.edu/DAPS using the 'Bursar (AR)' data type.
• Users should set up Multi-Factor Authentication so it can be accessed from outside their regular workspace.
  
  

Who should participate?

• Staff responsible for reviewing class fees for their college
• Staff responsible for reconciling GA tuition supplements or scholarships to PeopleSoft
• Offices that need to identify tuition and fee information for their special populations of students
