Good teams consistently make good decisions. This is because they use multiple sources of information and actively seek out best practices. They listen and share ideas, opinions and perspectives readily based upon mutual respect. They do not rush to closure. They evaluate past decisions and review their effectiveness. There are many decision-making approaches. Learn how to choose the best approach based upon a variety of factors that a team leader must consider.
