Poor customer service can be very costly. In this session participants will explore the essentials of customer service. Focus will be on how they are experienced by the customer, the concept of customer loyalty, effective customer communication skills, and how they can detect and manage the stress that can arise when dealing with customers.

There is no charge to attend this course, however, departments may be charged for employee no-shows. Employees should cancel their registration if they are unable to attend.

Perfumes and Cologne and Other Items with Fragrances
Attendees are asked to refrain from using, wearing, or bringing scented products and materials to training classes. Personal care products such as cologne, perfume, aftershave lotions, scented lotions, and fragranced hair products may cause headaches, upper respiratory symptoms, shortness of breath, and difficulty with concentration in persons with asthma or allergies.
