9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
The registration period has closed for this event.
University staff that interact with students on a regular basis need to understand what is on the student's account (bill) and how actions of other departments impact the student's bill. Other staff may need to bill an outside third-party for services provided by the University. This is a hands-on class that will cover the basics of the student (and non-student) account (bill) in Banner Admin Pages.
Topics covered include: tuition and fee charges, financial aid, GA tuition supplements, exemptions, third-party contracts, non-student accounts, and many more.
This class is not intended for users such as faculty advisors that solely use Self-Service Carolina (SSC).
Additionally, it is not intended for users of Banner Admin Pages that only need access related to grades or course schedules. This class focuses primarily on charges and payments on an account.
Questions about course content should be directed to ARTRAIN@mailbox.sc.edu.
