Emotional Intelligence I - Identifying Emotions

Wednesday, June 27, 2018
The registration period has closed for this event.

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Registration open through 6/26/2018 11:59 PM EST

In this session, participants will learn how emotions affect and influence what we think about and how we think. Being able to harness that information has shown to be an important element of performance. Participants will learn about the role of identifying emotions, why it is critical and practice building skill in this discipline. This is part 1 of 4.

This is a standalone session but is most effective if you attend the companion sessions of Using Emotions, Understanding Emotions and Managing Emotions.

In addition participants can elect to take the Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test or MSCEIT to get a more specific report on his or her skills. There is a fee associated with this test. Contact Bob Hall of Human Resources at 216-368-8502 or rmh129@case.edu for more information.
