Introversion and extroversion are probably the most widely recognized of the Big Five personality traits, and it's very likely that you or someone you know is an introvert. However, even though anywhere between a third to half of the population are introverts, our society tends to recognize and reward the behaviors of extroverts. But introverts have a lot to offer, and how to best support introverts in our extroverted world is by far the most requested topic the Professional Development Center receives.

Which is why, in this webinar, we will start by gaining a clearer idea of what introversion and extroversion actually is and where it comes from by exploring some of the research being done on the topic. Once we have a better understanding of these traits, we'll review various techniques and processes that can be put in place to make sure that introverts' strengths are being recognized and leveraged.
