In this workshop you will learn about what 'resilience' means and how you can create more of it. It takes more than intention. Too much stress impacts thinking and performance and creates conditions where we can't be our best. Understanding how to manage that space means a healthy, more productive person. Using the science of HeartMath, you will learn about the role your heart and brain play and how you can respond differently to stressful situations.
There is a $45 fee associated with this workshop. You will be prompted for your CWRU speed type at registration.
