Coaching Information

The issues and challenges that lead people to seek coaching are limitless. Parents-to-be, parents, and grandparents may turn to a coach to develop a personal plan for:

  • Making important decisions, such as:
    • Infant feeding
    • Relocating
    • Childcare
  • Working together to manage day-to-day life
  • Transitioning from being a couple to being a family
  • Transitioning from being a parent to being a grandparent
  • Returning to work
  • Balancing family and work responsibilities
  • Managing changing family dynamics
  • Establishing financial priorities
  • Adding another baby to the family
  • Clarifying values and goals

 

You and your coach will look at your current situation and your desires for the future. Then, you'll work together to design an action plan.

 


What Your Registration Includes
  • One 60 to 90 minute private coaching session for an individual or couple
  • Parking validation for your coaching session

Details
  • After you register, you and your coach will have a brief introductory phone call. During the call, you'll discuss the reason(s) you are seeking coaching, and the coaching arrangement
  • You and your coach will agree on the time for your coaching session(s).
  • You'll determine if you'd like to have coaching in-person at the Pavilion for Women, or over the phone.
  • All coaching is confidential.
  • We abide by the ICFs Standards of Ethical Conduct.

About Your Coach

Anne Wright believes that being a parent is an amazing gift and an awesome responsibility. She is committed to helping parents manage the challenges that come with being a parent, so that they are free to experience the many gifts of parenthood.

 

Anne worked in the field of leadership coaching and development for 15 years, then shifted her focus from corporate leadership to family leadership. For the past 10 years she's worked with families in their childbearing years. Anne has a Master of Science in Human Resource Development degree and a Bachelor of Science in Education degree. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Gottman Trained Bringing Baby Home educator, and Certified Infant Massage Instructor. She completed coach training through Rice University, and holds numerous leadership development certifications.
