Coaching for Parents-to-Be, Parents, and Grandparents

Sixty minute private coaching session - $75

Coaching Information

Continuous change is the only thing that is completely predictable for parents-to-be, parents, and grandparents. Coaching helps individuals or couples understand the changes they are facing, explore what's most important in their lives, and choose actions based on their values, goals, and sense of purpose.

You and your coach will engage in a thought-provoking, creative process. Through this process, you'll look at your current situation and your desires for the future. Then, you'll work together to design and carry out an action plan.

The issues and challenges that lead people to seek coaching are limitless. Parents-to-be, parents, and grandparents may turn to a coach to explore:

  • Important decisions, such as:
    • Infant feeding
    • Relocating
    • Childcare
  • Working together to manage day-to-day life
  • Transitioning from being a couple to being a family
  • Transitioning from being a parent to being a grandparent
  • Returning to work
  • Balancing family and work responsibilities
  • Managing changing family dynamics
  • Establishing financial priorities
  • Adding another baby to the family
  • Clarifying values and goals
