About This Group

Night time can be one of the most challenging times for a new mother. Knowing what to expect from your breastfeeding baby will help you develop a routine that work for the whole family.

In this mother's group, you'll talk with other mothers about:

  • What 'sleeping through the night' means for a newborn
  • How to balance a mother's need for rest and a baby's need to feed
  • How to involve your partner in night feedings
  • Breastfeeding positions that enable a mother to rest while feeding

Details
  • This group is led by a lactation consultant.
  • Mothers attend with their babies, who range in age from just a few days to six months.
  • The first hour is dedicated to discussing night time breastfeeding. The second hour is an open forum, during which you can discuss any breastfeeding topic or question.
  • We do not provide parking validation for this group.
