Class Details

This research-based and research tested class is unlike any other class you'll take while preparing for your baby. Over one weekend, each couple prepares to become the best parenting team possible by strengthening their friendship, communication, and problem-solving skills, while learning practical ways to help their baby develop.

In this highly interactive two-day class developed by the renowned Gottman Institute, you'll explore how to:

  • Share daily responsibilities
  • Deepen your friendship with each other
  • Deal with the normal stress that comes with having a baby
  • Avoid relationship meltdown
  • Understand and meet your baby's needs
  • Solve problems together
  • Keep romance alive

Research shows that participants in this class experience positive results related to infant development and temperament, parent-baby interactions, father involvement, and couple relationship quality.
