Lynne Morgan, RDH, MS, MA, is an adjunct dental hygiene faculty, division of Dental Hygiene and Division of Periodontology, teaches dental anatomy, local anesthesia, and nitrous oxide sedation to dental hygiene students and periodontal instrumentation to first- and second-year dental students. She is also involved in teaching local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation to practicing dental hygienists in a series of continuing education courses. Additional responsibilities include clinical dental hygiene instruction to second-year dental hygiene students, periodontal instrumentation to first- and second-year dental students, as well as clinical instruction to third- and fourth-year dental students. Her interests focus on curriculum and instructional design. She has received several teaching awards and is a committee member for Dental Hygiene Admissions. Ms. Morgan holds a Certificate in Dental Hygiene from Mott Community College, BS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint, an MS in Health Education from the University of Michigan-Flint, and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Detroit Mercy. She joined the University in 2014.
