CPR/First Aid Training
Intended Audience: OST Site Directors/Managers, OST Frontline Staff, Summer Program Staff
Content taught and reviewed will lead to an American Heart Association First Aid/CPR 2-year certification for adult, child and infant.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum of 10 participants needed for this training. If there are less than 10 registrants, you will receive an e-mail from Family League that the session has been cancelled. In the event of a cancelled session and the session can be rescheduled, you will receive an e-mail with the new training date.
*Light snacks will be provided, feel free to bring additional snacks if necessary.
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, within 48 hours of the scheduled training, please make sure to inform us: email@example.com.
If a participant does not attend a training for which they have registered, or does not to notify the Family League of their inability to attend within 48 hours of the scheduled training, the organization will be invoiced a “missed session” fee of $50.00. Organizations will only be charged in the event of a “missed session” by an employee. If an agency fails to pay the missed session fee, their staff will no longer be able to access training offered by Family League of Baltimore. The 48 hour requirement does exclude extenuating circumstances such as a death in the family, serious medical emergency, programmatic emergency that would require the attendance of the registered individual, etc.
Our goal is to continue to maximize the professional development opportunities for our funded partners, while reducing the large number of no show attendees we have experienced over the last year.
