This workshop provides an overview of the Results-Based Accountability (RBA) framework. The workshop will offer key definitions, a discussion of the levels of accountability, a breakdown of performance measures by type, and an overview of turn the curve thinking. The training will offer guidance to attendees on how to quickly get from talk to action so that programs can better tell the story of their work and begin to figure out if anyone is better off. Participants will experience a mix of lecture, group activities, and individual practice throughout the session.
*Your Zoom link will be emailed 24 hours before this workshop. This link will give you access to sign in for your class 15 minutes prior to the scheduled Start Time.
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please inform us within 48 hours of the scheduled training by contacting: Family League Help Desk; firstname.lastname@example.org
Please review our Professional Development Policy below:
If a participant does not attend a training for which they have registered, or does not to notify the Family League of their inability to attend within 48 hours of the scheduled training, the organization will be invoiced a “missed session” fee of $50.00. Organizations will only be charged in the event of a “missed session” by an employee. If an agency fails to pay the missed session fee, their staff will no longer be able to access training offered by Family League of Baltimore. The 48 hour requirement does exclude extenuating circumstances such as a death in the family, serious medical emergency, programmatic emergency that would require the attendance of the registered individual, etc.
Our goal is to continue to maximize the professional development opportunities for our funded partners, while reducing the large number of no show attendees we have experienced over the last year. Thank you for your cooperation with this policy and hope that your staff continues to benefit from the opportunities that will be offered during the coming year.
