Learn a 7 step coaching model that will help move teens from confusion to confidence and clarity. This model helps teens develop critical social and emotional learning skills such as self-awareness and self-management, while also helping them explore limiting beliefs they have that are holding them back. Participants will receive a brief introduction to the coaching process and strategies that can be used while supporting all teens.

*Light snacks will be provided, feel free to bring additional snacks if necessary.

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please inform us within 48 hours of the scheduled training by contacting: Family League Help Desk;

Please review our Professional Development Policy below:

Absence from a confirmed session without prior notice to Family League will result in the rescinding of Family League's open invitation to future training opportunities for the relevant party. The 48 hour requirement excludes extenuating circumstances such as a death in the family, serious medical emergency, programmatic emergency that would require the attendance of the registered individual, etc.

Our goal is to continue to maximize the professional development opportunities for our funded partners, while reducing the large number of no show attendees we have experienced over the last year. Thank you for your cooperation with this policy and hope that your staff continues to benefit from the opportunities that will be offered during the coming year.
