Important: In order to provide you with the most accurate information we request that you fast for at least 12 hours prior to the blood draw.

After your blood draw, your cholesterol screening lab results will be made available to you on the patient portal. You can sign up for that portal at epic.mycenturahealth.org.

We will contact you to schedule your FREE Heart Health Screening.
