Beginning Yoga

The focus of the Beginner’s Yoga Class is to help you learn basic yoga postures and basic yoga breathing exercises. Yoga’s many benefits include enhancing your flexibility and strength, improving balance and reduce muscular tension and stress. Yoga can be done by anyone, at any fitness level, at any age.

Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm

10 classes: 1 Hour classes
