Patrick McGreevy, PhD, BCBA-D is the author of Essential for Living, a new functional skills curriculum, assessment, and professional practitioner's handbook for children and adults with moderate-to-severe disabilities. For the past 30 years, Dr. McGreevy has provided consultations for children and adults with developmental disabilities in school districts, residential programs, and hospitals, specializing in the treatment of aggressive and self-injurious behavior in individuals with limited communication skills.

Pat Friman, PhD, ABPP is the current VP of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services and a Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Nebraska School of Medicine. He has published more than 180 scientific articles and chapters and three books. The primary focus of his scientific and clinical work is in the area of Behavioral Pediatrics and Behavioral Medicine. He also specializes in consultation regarding workplace issues such as motivation, dealing with difficult people, change, and pathways to success.
