What is SWTT? School-to-Work Transition Team (SWT Team) meetings provide a forum for professionals engaged in the work of transitioning teenage students and young adults with disabilities from school into the workforce.

What is SELL? Supported Employment Local Leaders (SELL) meetings provide regional forums for employment support professionals to network, learn, and collaborate.
