This training is designed for managers and supervisors responsible for providing direct feedback to their employees regarding performance development or those responsible in aligning consistent behavior with a company's standards and procedures including; managers with direct reports, divisional managers, executives, HR managers, and managers-in-training. This is a highly innovative course that focuses on the ability of the leader to coach their employees effectively. Coaching consists of an ongoing cycle of planning, feedback, reviewing, developing and rewarding. Without all five of these elements, managers will not be able to build and sustain a high-performing team. This training consists of four 60-minute virtual classroom sessions with a 30 minute break between each session. All four sessions are required to complete the course. ($195 per attendee)
