Details
This training is designed for inside sales parts, rental, and service counter employees. During this course we will introduce the skills and tools necessary to help you differentiate your equipment company from the competition and help define exceptional service that drives revenues. This highly interactive live training consists of 3 one-hour virtual classroom sessions with a 30 minute break between each session. All three sessions are required to complete the course.
