Deputy Chief Ludeman will present three reports from the Commonwealth of Virginia:

• Meadowood Court Loudoun County 2008

• Dale Court Bedford County 2021

The presentation will facilitate group discussion regarding the lessons learned and how
we can prevent similar occurrences from happening in our jurisdictions.
