1 day workshop and roundtable for current CTO's tasked with providing training in the PSAP. To ensure the safety of our CTO's and ensure accessibility to as many as possible, we are moving this workshop to a virtual delivery via Microsoft Teams. This course is designed for CTOs and those individuals tasked with delivering training to dispatchers and call takers in your communications center.

 

 

 

The focus of this workshop will be on CTO burnout and resiliency and how to overcome these issues.
