MGT 384, Community Preparedness for Cyber Incidents, is designed to provide organizations and communities with strategies and processes to increase cyber resilience. During this 12-hour course, participants will analyze cyber threats and initial and cascading impacts of cyber incidents, evaluate the process for developing a cyber preparedness program, examine the importance and challenges of cyber related information sharing and discover low to no-cost resources to help build cyber resilience.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to utilize processes and frameworks including the Community Cyber Security Maturity Model, to develop and implement strategies within their organization and community to increase cyber resilience.

The Emergency Operations Center of Pierce County Emergency Management is located at 2501 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. The EOC entrance is located beyond the chain-linked fence directly East of the radio tower. Ample parking is available onsite to visitors in the front and back lots.
