32 hour class for those specifically tasked with supervisory or leadership positions within your PSAP

 

This course has been designed primarily for the new Public Safety Communications Supervisor. It is designed to meet as many of the applicable APCO Public Safety Communications Supervisor standards as possible and to not only introduce you to important supervisory concepts and ideas, but to give you real, tangible, hands-on tools to use as you move through your career.

 

Please have all three books read prior to your course start date. They will be sent to you from the State office.

Prior to the course you will also be emailed a pre-course behavioral analysis. Please be sure to bring this with you to the course as well.

*Must be currently employed by a Public Safety Answering Point/911 Communications Center

*Must have completed T1 & T2 prior to enrollment in this course.
