Topics for your artist statement may include your artistic experiences and any artistic challenges you've faced up to this point, who or what has influenced your art, why you want to attend Montserrat's Pre-College Program, or what you intend to gain from your participation.
Please note if you intend to apply for a scholarship, we require two additional pieces of information: a small portfolio of 5 pieces of artwork posted to Slideroom, and your parents' 2017 or 2018 tax return.
