Details

This intense, fast-paced course is designed to provide current knowledge and skills necessary for infection prevention professionals to function effectively in a variety of health care settings.

 

The course includes lectures, discussion and educational activities, as well as the opportunity to network with leading professionals in IP and other health care providers.

Requirements for Successful Completion

Attendance at entire session each day is required to obtain contact hours. Partial credit will not be provided.

Completion and submission of the evaluation form is required.

Clarkson College is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurse's Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Financials

Registration is $125.00

Registration must be received seven (7) days prior to the event.

Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Course fee includes lunch, snacks and materials.

Payment:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted online. Individuals may register by postal mail, or in person with cash, check or money order. For details regarding registering in person, call 402.552.6148.

 


Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, we would be happy to allow another individual from your facility to come in your place, or you may request a transfer to the next scheduled Primary Infection Prevention Course session. A transfer is allowed only one time. Please provide us with at least 5 business days' notice.

To cancel, we must be notified at least 5 business days prior to the event date, in order to receive a 80% refund.

Refunds are not provided to individuals who do not show, do not cancel, or do not attend the entire event. Please call 402.552.6148 for further information.

Parking

Parking information and a detailed map will be emailed prior to event.

Please allow adequate time to park and find the conference location.

 

Participants will park in a lot off campus and have a shuttle service to the event location.
