Leadership in Personalized and Digital Learning (LPDL) is a four-session capacity-building program designed to meet the professional learning needs of principals and district leaders as they transition to digital and personalized learning. District leaders are engaged in real-world, value-added activities that are part of a proven cycle of capacity building for their students, teachers, and communities—activities that are essential to the school’s transformation. As a participant in the program you will have face-to-face and online opportunities to work with trained facilitators and other principals.
- Online pre-work component with online readings, videos, activities and facilitated online discussions.
- Face-to-face component with provided presentations for facilitators to use and adapt, small and large group activities and discussions, multimedia, and tech tool options
- Online follow-up component with online readings, videos, activities and facilitated online discussions
Session 1 - November 19, 2019
Session 2 - December 17, 2019
Session 3 - January 31, 2020
Session 4 - March 9, 2020
Please Note - Professional Development Hours will not be issued to individuals that do not attend at least three of the four sessions. Administrator Academy credit is connected to the final session. Participants will not be awarded Administrator Academy credit if they are not in attendance for the final session.
