K-12 Data coaches, literacy coaches, instructional coaches
Coaching teachers is one of the most rewarding careers in education today. It is not, however, without its challenges and opportunities to stretch coaches as educators. In this coaching series, work with Cara and Sarah, instructional coaches with nearly 20 years of classroom and coaching experience to reflect, plan, and reinvigorate your coaching life.
In this series, coaches will:
Learn the principles of instructional coaching that undergird coaching work and help coaches make informed decisions about their coaching programs.
Problem solve and plan for the development of a strong and sustainable coaching program in their schools.
Learn practical tips, tricks, and protocols that can serve them in their current coaching programs.
Reflect on their unique coaching situations and intentionally plan ways to build their own capacity and the capacity of the administrators and teachers with whom they work.
Connect with other coaches in the area to build and strengthen a network of professionals that support one another.
