Understanding school finance can be a confusing task even for the seasoned administrator. This session will focus on a basic understanding of the history of school funding and reporting, basics of property tax and the levee, budget basics and development, and A basic overview of the assumptions upon which the current EBM operates. This workshop is recommended for participants that want to develop an understanding of how the district’s finances work.
