Alcohol Enforcement Training

The Pledge for Life Partnership, Prevention First, and the Iroquois-Kankakee Regional Office of Education invite you to attend a FREE alcohol enforcement seminar. Led by a retired Special Agent and Police Sergeant, this training will provide an overview of Illinois law and best practice strategies related to alcohol use by minors and will increase participants' awareness of alcohol related issues and the role of law enforcement in addressing these issues. The topics addressed will include Legal Consideration, Party Prevention and Controlled Party Dispersal, Community Alcohol Education, and Social Networking’s Impact on Alcohol Enforcement. The Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board will issue certificates to those attending this training. Please sign up by Tuesday, May 9, 2017. Lunch will be provided.
CEUs 5.5 for social workers, counselors, and nurses.
