This is a 3-day workshop and you must attend all 3 days to receive credit.
The days of the workshops are: December 4, January 12, and February 6, 2018.
Mindfulness is defined as present-moment awareness that has been linked to stress reduction. Supported by the latest neuroscience research, this three-day workshop provides extensive, practical and interactive learning opportunities for individuals who want to understand and work within their own life experiences to reduce stress, gain a sense of ease, and improve personal and professional relationships. Participants will learn, practice, and incorporate the stress-reduction strategies/practices to implement in their personal and professional lives. Who should attend: All levels of experience are welcome. This workshop is especially useful for people in helping and education professions such as nursing, teaching, counseling, etc.


Wendy Fuchs, PhD, is an award-winning educator with over 15 years of experience teaching mindfulness and yoga to adults and children. She has conducted extensive research and training in mindfulness-based stress reduction strategies and is passionate about sharing the benefits of these invaluable life tools with peple who want to prioritize their own well-being and vitality.
