2017 Autism Transitions Across the Lifespan Summit
The Autism Transitions Across the Lifespan conference will cover topics in early childhood, elementary school, secondary school, post-secondary education, work, career and aging. The conference is being presented by the KY Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Kentucky Office of Autism, DBHDID, Kentucky Autism Training Center at the University of Louisville, KY Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE), and the Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky for self advocates, families and professionals. Keynote addresses will be given by Erik Carter, Ph.D., Professor, Dept. of Special Education, Vanderbilt University and Julia Bascom, Executive Director, Autistic Self Advocacy Network.

**During each breakout session, 5 different presentations will be offered.
A discounted rate (Kentucky Autism Transition Summit) has been secured, please contact the Holiday Inn (airport) at (859) 371-2233 to make your reservation at the discounted rate by October 4, 2017.
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR LODGING
**Scholarship application deadline has been extended to October 4, 2017.
A limited number of scholarships are available for self-advocates and family members of individuals with autism. To qualify, you must live more than 90 miles (each way) from the event venue and be attending the entire summit - October 25, 26, and 27.
You will also need to register with the hotel and secure the room with your personal credit card. If you are selected, you will be notified via email after October 4th. Please be on the lookout for this email!
Scholarship recipients must participate in the entire conference, on the final day, the room will be transferred to the Office of Autism and your credit card will not be billed.
**Please note that if you book your room and do not attend the conference and fail to cancel your reservation or do not stay for the entire summit, your credit card will be charged.
