This interactive workshop presented by the Office of Institutional Diversity & Equity (IDE) provides a framework for understanding implicit bias and its impact. Through guided discussion and activities, participants will explore strategies for disrupting implicit bias and identify ways that we can each help to build an inclusive community. The sessions will run on a regular basis and are open to all employees. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited.
PLEASE NOTE: If a participant is unable to attend and does not notify the Office of Human Resources at least 2 business days in advance, their department will be charged $25 per missed session.
