This workshop aims to provide a roadmap to help Dartmouth members find purpose and meaning in their professional and personal lives. It is aimed for managers and individual contributors to explore personal values, drivers, and motivations and align them with their work individually, departmentally, and organizationally.
Belinda Chiu, Ed.D.
Belinda is a proud alumna, Class of 1998, and currently a Senior Associate of Admissions at Dartmouth. In addition to starting a weekly mindfulness morning at McNutt, she teaches with the Management and Leadership Development Program at the Rockefeller Center. Prior to returning to Dartmouth, she served as a certified coach and mindfulness-based facilitator for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to help individuals and organizations find positive and intentional alignment of strengths, attitudes, and behaviors for authentic living and thriving teams.
Victoria joined the Office of Alumni Relations at Dartmouth College, and has served as the Deputy Director since September, 2013. Currently, Victoria oversees all of Dartmouth's Clubs, Communities, Affiliated and Shared Interest Groups, and the Admissions Ambassador Program. Victoria works on many of the many strategic initiatives within Alumni Relations, including building out the Women of Dartmouth communities. Prior to coming to Dartmouth, Victoria's background includes senior management positions at IBM in Armonk, NY and Resources Global Professionals, a global consulting firm, in Boston MA. She was responsible for managing complex customer relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans and organizing and motivating teams to deliver results. In 2010 she founded The Women's Solution Group, which provides coaching services to individuals and teams to foster leadership, enhance performance and meet career objectives. In both her professional career and her philanthropic endeavors, Victoria has actualized her personal commitment to helping women realize their potential, fostering gender equality and work-life balance. Victoria serves as a professional coach for several non-profit organizations which are focused on helping empower women to achieve their goals. Victoria is the proud mother of a Dartmouth '12, who got his first job through the Dartmouth network.
