Thursday, June 4, 2020
The registration period has closed for this event.

12 - 1 PM

Living with uncertainty is more stressful than coping with a new reality. Currently, we do not know exactly how COVID-19 will change how we live and work. Our world is changing and many of us are grieving while trying to cope with anxiety about the future. This presentation will examine the biological reactions and psychological dynamics of major change as well as offer coping strategies. These tools are helpful with anxiety management, grief reactions and chronic stress.

Registration open through 6/3/2020 4:00 PM EST
