Evelynn M. Ellis, Vice President of Institutional Diversity & Equity, will conduct professional development sessions on implicit bias in the work environment. The training will be interactive, have guided discussions, and will explore how our bias may impact our daily interactions and search processes. The sessions will be run on a regular basis and are open to all employees. Pre-registration is required due to room size.
PLEASE NOTE: If a participant is unable to attend and does not notify the Office of Human Resources at least 2 business days in advance, their department will be charged $25 per missed session.
