Phillip J. Stark, President, Founder, PEAK Practice Transitions - In 1997, Phillip Stark with the assistance of Dr Steve Patterson, started Peak Practice Transitions, LLC. With over twenty five years business experience including over fifteen years consulting in the area of business transition, healthcare providers and other professionals regularly seek Phil’s expertise. Phil’s experience working as a consultant to some of the top healthcare practices has given him the ability to see a practice transition from both sides of the equation allowing him to facilitate smooth transitions. He provides the incoming and outgoing practitioners, as well as the staff, a high level of confidence and support. Phil is a frequent guest speaker at numerous societies, study clubs, association meetings and universities.
Steven Schrems MBA Steve brings over 15 years of commercial banking and healthcare business consulting experience to the Peak team. He has a specific focus on assisting buyers and sellers with practice transitions resulting in win-win outcomes. Steve has a marketing degree from MSU as well as an MBA from Wayne State. Steve loves flying and spending time with his family. His unique experience brings high value to Peak's transition consulting team.
Dr. Eric Langellier graduated from dental school in 2005. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident from the beginning by starting, merging and purchasing five offices in his first five years of practice. Through his experience in transitioning multiple other practices, he became passionate about helping others navigate the process of becoming business owners. Being a dentist and having vast experience in buying and selling practices, gives him a unique perspective on the questions a dentist has during the transition process.
