Details

Burn fat, sculpt muscle, and build a stronger you. All fitness levels are welcome to join this class where you’ll work through various circuits designed to work the entire body in a safe and effective format. Instructor Kris Bly has an MS in exercise science and is a certified personal trainer. Limit of 15.
