Are you working to engage in equity-centered continuous improvement? Join us to explore how you can achieve this by centering students and families through critical, collaborative inquiry! Together we will learn to build and grow community, democratize the improvement process, gather and use data that supports equity, and facilitate critical, collaborative inquiry within our own districts.

This series is intended for individuals engaged in continuous improvement at the building or district level including Continuous Improvement Teams (or individual members of teams) as well as other building or district leaders.

Learning Plan:

September 22: Centering voices from the margins

October 27: Meeting non-dominant families on their own terms & building systemic collaborations

December 1: Seeking root causes over quick fixes

January 26: Collaborating in organizational improvement

February 23: Deepening the learning

March 23: Rewriting moment to moment interactions

April 27: Transforming the Culture

May 25: Co-designing justice and well-being with/in systems

*Each session will be divided into two parts:

Part 1 (9:00-10:30 am)

Learning & Discussion – Whole Group
