About Amirali Zandinejad, DDS, MSc:
Dr. Zandinejad completed his dental training at Azad University in Tehran. He finished a residency program in operative dentistry at Tehran university and received his Master degree in restorative dentistry from Sheffield university in the United Kingdom. He completed his AEGD residency and prosthodontics program at the university of Rochester in NY/USA. He is a full time faculty at the department of oral health and rehabilitation and maintains a practice limited to Implants, Esthetic Dentistry and Prosthodontics at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.

ULSD must receive your written request for cancellation not later than two-weeks prior to course start date to process a refund. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Course Registrants who are a 'NO-SHOW' forfeit course tuition.
