COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This information packed day will help restorative dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, pediatric dentists and laboratory technicians to enhance esthetic implant outcomes. Dr. Priest will use step-by-step clinical examples and videos to describe cutting edge techniques, materials and components that profoundly impact hard and soft tissue implant esthetics. The presentation will build on a hierarchy of steps that follows the patient through treatment planning, orthodontic and surgical site development, implant surgery, sulcular development with immediate or delayed provisional restorations, laboratory collaboration, and definitive prosthetic treatment. Dr. Priest will also explore the challenge for the implant team to create hard and soft tissue balance between implants and adjacent restored and unrestored teeth. Today's presentation is designed to guide the team to predictable methods to seamlessly integrate implants with the surrounding hard and soft tissues.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
At the completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

Lead an interdisciplinary approach towards optimal implant esthetics
Direct implant placement with restoratively driven surgical guide
Develop soft tissue form with immediate provisional restorations
Select restorative materials and components specific to the esthetic zone
Communicate with the laboratory for ideal shade selection and abutment and crown contours
Balancing proportionate soft and hard tissue implant profiles with those of surrounding teeth and restorations.
