You will receive your code to access the required online units that accompany these debriefs within 5-7 days of registering here. Start the online units as soon as you receive your access.
Completion of all scheduled debriefs is a requirement for completion of the NMePyramid training. If you miss a scheduled debrief, please contact the Lead Facilitator for this training to make it up before the end of the semester.
You must complete the online modules that correspond with your scheduled debrief. There are 3 six-hour long modules that comprise the online work required.
Leslie Perez is an Early Childhood Instructional Coach with the Central Region Education Cooperative (CREC). She supports public school preschool programs through FOCUS professional development training and Practice- Based Coaching. Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University and has a master’s in Elementary Education from the University of New Mexico. She has 28 years of classroom experience and brings to coaching her expertise and passion for early childhood education. Leslie currently supports Fort Sumner, Corona, Capitan, Dexter, Hagerman, Lake Arthur, and Artesia school districts.
Ginger Towle has over 30 years of experience in education. She has a Master’s Degree in Education from Lesley University and is endorsed in TESOL. Ginger worked as a preschool teacher, special education teacher, and an elementary teacher. She also worked as an instructional coach for two preschools in Eastern New Mexico. Ginger has been an Early Childhood Instructional Coach the past four years and supports eight districts in Eastern and North Eastern New Mexico.
