Dr. Cynthia Gomez is an Early Childhood Instructional Coach serving the districts of Los Alamos, Zuni, Roswell, Magdalena, and North Valley Academy Charter. She earned her Bachelors in Elementary Education in 1997 and her Master's in Educational Management and Development with a focus on Reading in 2003. She also holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Educational Learning and Technology from New Mexico State University (NMSU). She earned an ESL endorsement from Eastern New Mexico University, in 2004, and has an undergraduate minor in English, graduate minor in Reading, and a graduate minor in Educational Learning Technologies.
Cynthia has 23 years' experience in education, 8 of which were in teaching K-3 classrooms, 14 as an assistant principal/coordinator, and 1 as a facilitator with Head Start.
Ginger Towle has over 30 years of experience in education. She has a Master’s Degree in Education from Lesley University and is endorsed in TESOL. Ginger worked as a preschool teacher, special education teacher, and an elementary teacher. She also worked as an instructional coach for two preschools in Eastern New Mexico. Ginger has been an Early Childhood Instructional Coach the past four years and supports eight districts in Eastern and North Eastern New Mexico.
