You must complete the online modules that correspond with your scheduled debrief. There are 3 six-hour long modules that comprise the online work required.
You will meet for your debriefs via Zoom on the following days from 2:00-3:30.

Dr. Dawn Browder joined the CREC team in November 2019 after working for over 25 years in as a preschool teacher, childcare center director, parenting educator, university professor, and early childhood instructional coach. Dr. Browder earned her Ph.D. from Iowa State University and has worked with early childhood educators in New Mexico since 2013. She is a member of the New Mexico PED FOCUS Training of Trainers cadre and mentors colleagues in Practice-Based Coaching for the New Mexico PED FOCUS Program. Dr. Browder is passionate about helping teachers grow in their profession and advocating for young children and their families
Ginger Towle has over 30 years of experience in education. She has a Master’s Degree in Education from Lesley University and is endorsed in TESOL. Ginger worked as a preschool teacher, special education teacher, and an elementary teacher. She also worked as an instructional coach for two preschools in Eastern New Mexico. Ginger has been an Early Childhood Instructional Coach the past three years and supports eight districts in Eastern and North Eastern New Mexico.
